Shattered Dreams: Mystery-drama Novel Portrays the Betrayals That Shatter Two Families' Lives

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn., Oct. 22, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sometimes the worst act of betrayal that a husband can inflict upon his wife is not to sever ties completely but to disassociate himself with the life that they have built together and the future they promised each other. "Deadly Brew: She Loved Him to Death" (now available through 1stBooks Library), first fiction book by T.F. Sisters, is a mystery-drama about two families whose lives are destroyed by murder, intrigue, betrayal, and dark secrets.

Samantha James, on the surface, has a picture-perfect, harmonious family life to balance with a promising career in interior designing. She has two lovely children and a wonderful husband, Grant, who runs a successful law practice. But as with everything in life, things are not exactly etched in stone. When Grant becomes involved with a woman named Sin, a vicious affair takes place that would eventually lead to Grant's ruin and murder. The story takes one shocking twist after another, leaving the reader stunned at the turn of events.

Sisters deftly moves in and out on the premise of dreams unfulfilled, taking the readers on a wild ride where one dreadful twist leads to blood-curdling chain of events. Sisters' first fictional effort provides a compelling portrayal of families torn apart by intrigue, betrayal and dark secrets.

The plot for Deadly Brew was developed through Sisters' travels and years of experience in law, psychology, medicine, corporate management and of course, everyday life. She holds several advanced degrees and has traveled extensively throughout the world. Sisters was born in southeastern Oklahoma and spent her early years there with her family. She is currently working on a second mystery novel at her lovely home in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Prior to moving to Tennessee, Sisters was a resident of Statesville, North Carolina for 20 years.
