AdZone Research Appoints New Controller with More than 25 Years Financial Experience


CALVERTON, N.Y., Nov. 6, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- AdZone Research Inc. (OTCBB:ADZR), a pioneering Internet surveillance technology solutions provider, today announced the appointment of Art Metz as its new corporate controller. Metz has more than 25 years of diversified financial experience as a corporate controller and independent accounting consultant.

Previously, Metz served for three years as controller of Bohemia, N.Y.-based Enviro-Systems Service Corp., a multi-million dollar environmental control installation and maintenance company. Earlier, for eight years he was controller of Active Fire Sprinkler Corp., a $20 million fire suppression systems company headquartered in Brooklyn, N.Y.

A graduate of the University of Maine with a B.S. degree in business, Metz earned his Master's degree in accounting at Long Island University. He is a resident of Stony Brook, N.Y.
