LONDON, Nov. 6, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Cordiant Communications Group plc ("Cordiant") (NYSE:CDA) announces a clarification to the Schedule 11 Notification of Interests of Directors and Connected Persons released on 5 November 2002.
The option to which the Notification relates is a discounted option over Cordiant shares for which, pursuant to the Rules of the Scheme, the director paid 26.1 pence per share.
