STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Nov. 7, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Wihlborgs has sold five properties, four of them residential properties in Malmo, for a total of SEK 73 million. The total profit is SEK 20 million, which will be included in the result for the fourth quarter.
Two of the residential properties have been sold to newly formed housing cooperatives.
"So far in 2002 we have sold six properties in Malmo to newly formed housing cooperatives. More sales are in progress," commented Erik Paulsson, President and CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.
