COPENHAGEN, Denmark, Nov. 8, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Pursuant to Section 28 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, it is hereby notified that as at November 8, 2002, Copenhagen Airports' portfolio of own shares corresponds to 2.05% of the total share capital, the nominal amount of which is DKK 910,000,000.
As notified in the interim report for the nine months to September 30, 2002, the Board of Directors passed a resolution to buy back up to 10% of the company's share capital within the limits of the authority given by the shareholders at the annual general meeting.
