(OTCBB:TRGC), today interviewed Phil Gennarelli, Managing Director of Houston-based Millennium Energy Ventures, the company's strategic consulting firm, about its role in Trinity's expansion strategies.

Gennarelli was interviewed by program host Francis Gaskins, Editor of IPOdesktop.com. During the interview, Gennarelli noted that over the past several years, Millennium Energy Ventures has been rated among the top 15 advisory businesses by The Houston Business Journal, and although the firm is only three years old, the average level of experience among its partners is more than 25 years. He also reported that in addition, the firm co-manages the Millennium Emerging Technology Fund, a $100 million privately sponsored fund focused on energy, telecom, utility and information technology investments in the United States.

In the post-Enron environment, he said, "our focus is on people and bringing deals to them." Gennarelli said that one of the considerations that his firm found attractive about Trinity was the depth of its management as well as its key advisors. "We focus on management, and building companies around them."

He said that Millennium was committed to raising up to $5 million for Trinity in the first quarter of 2003 through a private placement, and that his firm also is focusing on three additional transactions that he believes will offer the benefit of immediate cash flow to Trinity as it executes its business plan.

An earlier introductory interview with Trinity's President & CEO, Dennis Hedke, can be heard on RealAudio at http://gaskinsco.com/trgc.ram and also can be heard on Windows Media at: http://gaskinsco.com/trgc.asx .
