("Tenet" or the "Company") securities (NYSE:THC) between October 3, 2001 and October 31, 2002, both dates inclusive (the "Class Period"). Tenet Healthcare Corp., Jeffrey C. Barbakow, and David L. Plaintiff also alleges that Tenet's reported financial results during the Class Period were false and misleading, in violation of generally accepted accounting principles, and which caused Tenet's stock price to become artificially inflated, inflicting damages on investors thereby.
