(OTCBB:MMFS) wholly owned subsidiary, Integrated Maritime Platforms International Inc (IMPII), has finalized an agreement with Von Suckow Trade Group, an international naval project management service group based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Under the terms of the agreement, the Von Suckow Trade Group will provide marketing and sales support in Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Columbia for IMPII's GB-Challenger Class RHIB multi-mission multi-modular platform watercraft.
