SILVERDALE, Wash., Nov. 25, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Modern MFG Services Inc. (OTCBB:MMFS) wholly owned subsidiary, Integrated Maritime Platforms International Inc (IMPII), has finalized an agreement with Von Suckow Trade Group, an international naval project management service group based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
