AdZone Research Sees Steady Rise in Internet Advertising Revenues

An Internet Radio Series Featuring an Interview with Chairman & CEO Charles Cardona by IPOdesktop.com

NEW YORK, Nov. 26, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- AdZone Research (OTCBB:ADZR) Chairman and CEO Charles A Cardona III, in an IPOdesktop.com interview, today said that the company has measured a steady rise in Internet advertising revenues over the past three months, and predicted that these higher spending levels will continue strongly in the year ahead.

Based in Calverton, New York, AdZone specializes in automated retrieval, classification, analysis and delivery of worldwide Internet data for global defense as well as media metrics.

During the interview, Cardona says that AdZone's tracking of more than a half million web sites indicates that the trend toward more online advertising is gaining momentum. Helping fuel that reality, he observes, are current Internet ad price levels, which he says are both attractive and cost efficient. He reveals that the company's monitoring of the Internet also demonstrated that the medium was again attracting more traditional advertisers.

Over the past few months, Cardona notes, top advertisers have included such familiar names as American Express and Yahoo!, which led all online advertisers. He also reports that other financial and travel sites also had increased their pace, including Lycos Financial and Orbitz.com, which specializes in airline and hotel discounting.

The coming year will be very strong for online advertising, Cardona predicts, noting that as the market improves the attraction for this highly visited medium will prove increasingly attractive to businesses. As this transpires, the CEO notes, it will represent new revenue opportunities for AdZone as its media metrics will again be sought out for insights into what viewers are watching, and where.
