STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Dec. 19, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Wihlborgs (Stockholm:WIHL) has sold 11 residential properties in Malmo for a total of SEK 380 million. The profit of SEK 67 million will be included in the profit for the fourth quarter of 2002. The properties have a total area of 47,000 m2. Nine of the properties have been sold to private investors and two have been sold to newly formed housing cooperatives.
"So far in 2002 we have sold 34 residential properties in Malmo, including 10 properties sold to newly formed housing cooperatives," commented Erik Paulsson, President and CEO, Wihlborgs Fastigheter.
