Telelogic Receives Add-On License Agreement from Leading European Telecom Vendor

Customer Signs Up for Additional Licenses of Telelogic Synergy for Configuration and Change Management


MALMO, Sweden, Jan. 2, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telelogic (Stockholm:TLOG) (Other OTC:TGIAF), the leading global provider of solutions for advanced systems and software development, today announced that a leading European telecom vendor yesterday signed a major license agreement for Telelogic's advanced configuration and change management tools, Telelogic Synergy. The agreement is worth U.S. $475,000. The customer is a major current user of Synergy and by this agreement extends the number of licenses throughout its development organization. The agreement was signed on Dec 31, 2002.
