Implats Initiates Sponsored ADR Programme; Improved ADR to benefit shareholders globally, says CEO Keith Rumble


NEW YORK, Jan. 7, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Impala Platinum Holdings Limited (Implats) (Pink Sheets:IMPUY) (LSE:IMPJq) is pleased to announce the initiation of a sponsored Level I American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme. Deutsche Bank has been appointed as the depositary bank. The new, sponsored ADRs now trade under the ticker symbol IMPUY, with two ADRs comprising one ordinary share. The new cusip number is 452553308.
