PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 9, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Blue Cross RiverRink is offering special skating sessions during Martin Luther King Day and President's Day. With schools and businesses closing for these holidays, skating hours have been extended to provide another opportunity for children, their families and ice skating enthusiasts to enjoy this recreational activity on Penn's Landing in Philadelphia.

Background: The Blue Cross RiverRink is an Olympic-sized outdoor ice skating rink located by the Delaware River with beautiful views of the Ben Franklin Bridge and the Philadelphia skyline. Each skate session is $6 per person and $3 for skate rentals. Parking is available.
