ESPOO, Finland, Jan. 20, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- TietoEnator (Other OTC:TTNTF) (Stockholm:TIEN) has acquired the remaining shares, 49%, of the German company Seals Document Services GmbH. The transaction was done on October 1, 2002. The first transaction, where TietoEnator acquired 51% of the shares, was done in February 2002. Seals Documents Services GmbH specializes in the electronic exchange of invoices and other commercial documents. The acquisition further strengthens TietoEnator's e-invoice business and expands its scope outside the Nordic countries.
Seals Documents Services GmbH has 11 employees and is based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The company will now be renamed TietoEnator Business Services GmbH.
