NEW YORK, Jan. 24, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Notice is hereby given that a securities class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey against Tellium, Inc. ("Tellium" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:TELM) common stock (the "Class") between May 17, 2001 and February 1, 2002, inclusive (the "Class Period").
