Federal Securities Protection Services CEO Gary O'Neal is Featured on Internet Web Radio Program Hosted by IPOdesktop.com

NEW ORLEANS, Jan. 28, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- IPOdesktop.com, in the first of an expected continuing series of Internet radio reports featuring Federal Security Protection Services, Inc. (OTCBB:FSPS), today interviewed the company's President and CEO, Gary O'Neal, about the firm's current strategies for growth.

Headquartered here, FSPS, Inc. is a secure Internet Protocol ("IP") network services provider and full-service managed security services company, marketing its products and services to other IP-based service providers, systems integrators and the enterprise market.

O'Neal, formerly the head of Iris Broadband, became president & CEO of FSPS in September 2002 when the company completed the acquisition of Iris. In addition, the company also appointed Michael Landers as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer. Both O'Neal and Landers were also elected to serve on the Board of Directors.

The CEO was interviewed by IPOdesktop.com editor Francis Gaskins. The interview may be heard on Real Audio at http://gaskinsco.com/fsps.ram or on Windows Media, where it is available at http://gaskinsco.com/fsps.asx.

During the interview, O'Neal said the company's goal is to provide turnkey approaches to multinational clients concerned with providing secure services for their clients. O'Neal said the company has a strong background in building and operating wireless and fiber optic networks, and plans to expand the FSPS network domestically and internationally.

He said network development would concentrate on small to mid-size cities in the U.S. and internationally in countries where technology is less developed. Applications provided over these networks, O'Neal indicated, will emphasize initially secure private networks, IP-based network security solutions and document security management solutions.

"We have the ability to custom configure digital, electronic and physical security applications into a single vendor solution for our clients," said O'Neal.

FSPS is developing custom solutions for secure virtual private networks, e-mail/document security management, digital rights management, content delivery networks, IP-based video products suite and others requiring IP-based network security solutions. IP video services include remote surveillance, video conferencing and video e-mail services to businesses.

The company also provides transport, co-location and dedicated server services. A key product offering to multinational and enterprise customers is an easily installed surveillance system, connecting multiple locations that are viewed via virtual private network from a central monitoring area. The ability for security staff to monitor multiple areas via video dramatically reduces staffing needs while improving overall coverage.
