COPENHAGEN, Denmark, Jan. 30, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Pursuant to Section 28 of the Danish Securities Trading Act it is hereby notified that as at January 30, 2003 Copenhagen Airports' portfolio of own shares corresponds to 4.13% of the total share capital, the nominal amount of which is DKK 910,000,000.
As notified in the interim report for the nine months to September 30, 2002, the Board of Directors passed a resolution to buy back up to 10% of the company's share capital within the limits of the authority given by the shareholders at the annual general meeting.
Our last announcement on the possession of own shares was on November 8, 2002 when we notified that Copenhagen Airports' portfolio of own shares at that time comprised 2.05% of the share capital.
