M3 Signs 12th New Client of 2003

GAINESVILLE, Ga., Feb. 12, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- M3 announced today that it has signed its 12th new client in the new year -- a remarkable statement on the acceptance of ASP-based services for the hospitality industry, and for M3 in particular. In addition, two existing M3 clients are adding an additional 29 hotels to the system for a total of 120 new properties utilizing M3 in 2003. Almost half of these hotels are already online.

John Langley, President of newly formed American Hotel Management in Boca Raton, Florida, said that he selected M3 because: "Starting a new company will be a snap. In a few short days, I will have full accounting and payroll at my fingertips and can then successfully compete with established hotel management companies -- but at much lower cost."

According to Allen Read, VP of operations for M3, "The ASP model is perfect for situations such as American Hotel Management. We can quickly implement leading edge accounting and payroll services for a fraction of the cost of stand-along or in-house systems."

M3 is the first and largest provider of hosted accounting and payroll services for the hospitality industry. M3's industry specific expertise has enabled M3 to provide an integrated suite of products tailored specifically for the hospitality industry -- AccKnowledge, InnQuire, and LaborWatch.
