Mr Telling (42), who has the Dutch nationality, has held different management positions in the Ministry of Finance, City of Amsterdam, Schiphol Group and the Regional Energy Company Utrecht (REMU), where his latest appointment has been Company Controller.
Mr Telling will report directly to the Executive Board of Heijmans N.V.
