Poolia's Year-End Report January 1 - December 31, 2002


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Feb. 20, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Poolia AB (publ):

-- Sales dropped 24.0% to SEK 792.5 M (2001: 1,043.2).

-- A pretax loss of SEK 48.8 M (profit: 18.0) and an operating loss of SEK 64.5 M (profit: 1.3) were reported.

-- A loss per share of SEK 1.93 (profit: 0.23) was reported.

-- The year was marked by reduced demand in the staffing services sector.

-- Operations were divided into Poolia Professionals and Uniflex.

-- Active Nurse, a Norwegian healthcare company, was acquired.

-- A new salary agreement for newly recruited administrative employees was reached in Sweden with start February 1st.

-- Dividend of SEK 0.25 per share (0.25) is proposed.
