STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Feb. 25, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- A new share issue has taken place in Sign On (Other OTC:SGONF) (Stockholm:SION). The issue of new shares has been fully subscribed with preferential rights of the existing shareholders together with a guarantee consortium.
The company will be provided with approximately MSEK 12. The number of shares in Sign On will be 16,533,236 after the new share issue.
