TORONTO, Feb. 28, 2003(PRIMEZONE) -- Witnet International, Inc. (OTCBB:WTNT) (OTCBB:WTNTE) announced today that it will file an amended 8K, early next week and the symbol should then be changed back to WTNT.
The company will file the audited financial statements of Witnet Co. Ltd. (South Korea) for the years ended 1999, 2000 and 2001 which have been completed but were not included in earlier filings.
The Company will ensure that all proper information is amended and or included in order to remain in compliance with all reporting requirements.
