Federal Security Protection Services Discusses Latest Developments on Internet Web Radio Program Hosted by IPOdesktop.com

NEW ORLEANS, March 6, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- IPOdesktop.com, in a continuing series of Internet radio reports featuring Federal Security Protection Services, Inc. (OTCBB:FSPS), today interviewed President and CEO Gary O'Neal about the firm's latest developments, especially its growing role in being a catalyst for other privately held companies to pool their resources and become strategic partners of FSPS.

Headquartered in New Orleans, FSPS, Inc. is a secure Internet Protocol ("IP") network services provider and full-service managed security services company, marketing its products and services to other IP-based service providers, systems integrators and the enterprise market.

IPOdesktop.com editor Francis Gaskins interviewed the CEO. It may be heard on Windows Media at http://gaskinsco.com/fsps4.asx as well as on Real Audio at http://gaskinsco.com/fsps4.ram.

During the interview, O'Neal discusses the importance of expanding the company's overall product line, noting that as part of its overall planning, management has adopted a three-legged stool strategy. He indicates that in addition to exercising the core business plan to become an increasingly larger provider of secure IP network services, FSPS also places equal emphasis on growth through mergers and acquisitions, he noted, as well as on the development of strategic partnerships to enhance overall product offerings.

In the latter instance, O'Neal reports, FSPS management is currently looking to be the matchmaker for two privately held companies in Dallas and San Diego. "These are a couple of OEM companies that have the equipment we need to further develop and support our network," says O'Neal, adding that the combination of these two firms working together will help the longer term growth of FSPS by being able to access their joint product development efforts.

The CEO said FSPS was constantly on the hunt for companies that have cutting-edge software that can be integrated with its existing hardware. Toward that end, O'Neal revealed, recent discussions with two Denver-area companies had progressed to a point where letters of intent to acquire these firms are being drawn up, and that within the next several weeks they may yield firm agreements to join the FSPS organization.

In an earlier interview, accessible at http://gaskinsco.com/fsps3.asx or at http://gaskinsco.com/fsps3.ram, O'Neal says that one of these two privately held companies is focused on security as it affects both local and wide area networks. The other company is involved in video surveillance and physical security installation.
