FOERSLOEV, Sweden, March 14, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Peab acquired the civil engineering company Samschakt in month of May 2000. The contract claims that part of the purchase sum will be paid with shares of Peab at the latest 2004-05-31. By an agreement entered today, will this part of the purchase sum be paid by transferring 450.000 B-shares in Peab to the former owner of Samschakt, Mr Henry Ljung.
