ACME Television, LLC Terminates Cash Tender Offer; Commences Redemption of Its Outstanding 10-7/8% Senior Discount Notes


SANTA ANA, Calif., March 21, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- ACME Television, LLC and ACME Finance Corporation, wholly-owned subsidiaries of ACME Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:ACME), announced today that they have terminated their cash tender offer and consent solicitation for their outstanding 10-7/8% Senior Discount Notes due 2004 (CUSIP No. 004812-AC-7) and have commenced the redemption of 100% of the issue. Notices were sent today by the Company to noteholders setting April 21, 2003 as the redemption date.
