TABY, Sweden, March 27, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Allgon (Other OTC:ALGBF), a global supplier of radio-based infrastructure solutions, has signed a worldwide supply agreement with Marconi Communications GmbH for the supply of Plesiochronous Digital Hierarchy (PDH) Microwave equipment to complement Marconi's range of Fixed Wireless communications solutions.
Under the terms of the agreement, Allgon will supply Marconi with the microwave radio equipment which it will market either as stand alone units or as a part of a total Marconi solution.The Allgon microwave radio product is the most modern PDH product on the market. Designed for GSM and UMTS operators, as well as private, public and fixed network operators, the product offers maximum flexibility and a low, total cost of ownership. Available in the 18-38 GHz frequency bands, the Allgon microwave radio has a completely modular design and a high degree of software-controlled functionality.

Allgon's business concept is to develop, manufacture and market radio-based solutions and other products for wireless telephony and data communications.
