Stockgroup Amends Warrants


VANCOUVER, B.C., March 28, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Stockgroup Information Systems Inc. (OTCBB:SWEB) (TSX Venture Exchange:SWB), a financial media and technology company, today announced that it has extended the expiry date and increased the exercise price of 1,664,900 warrants issued March 31, 2002.

The original expiry date of March 31, 2003 has been extended to September 30, 2003. The original exercise price of the warrants of US$0.25 has been increased to US$0.30.
