SiteWorks Announces Letter of Intent to Acquire a Contract for Construction of 26 Warehouse Condominium Units


MIAMI, April 8, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- SiteWorks, Inc. (Pink Sheets:STWK) CEO Carl Nurse has announced that the company has signed a letter of intent to acquire a contract for the construction of a 26 warehouse condominium development in South Miami at the Parkview Business Centre.

Management expects the contract to be signed as soon as the building permit is obtained. The project is described as a 26-unit high-end warehouse condominium development, commonly referred to as lofts, which were designed by Gene Farmer Architects of South Miami.

The contract will be for approximately $1,900,000.00. Pending permitting, the project should be completed for fall occupancy.

SiteWorks continues to actively pursue additional commercial and residential contracts in the surrounding area.
