Artimplant's Share Issues Completed According to Plan


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, April 8, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Artimplant's (Other OTC:APLTF) rights issue in March 2003 is now completed and the company raised another 14 MSEK. According to plan, the company has raised totally 44 MSEK before issue costs through the recent rights issue and the directed share issue in December 2002. Together with other completed and announced activities, the capital raising is intended to provide the financial resources required to bring the company to commercial success.

The new shares are subject to trading at the Stockholm Exchange O-list around April 16, 2003.
