WILMINGTON, Del., April 15, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Target Markets Program Administrators Association has announced that Kevin Kelley, Chairman, CEO and President of AIG's Lexington's Insurance Company, will be giving a keynote address at the Association's Third Annual Program Administrators Summit this year in Tempe, Arizona (October 20-23). Billed as "The Most Intensive Three Days of Program-Related Issues You'll Ever Experience," the Summit brings over 250 Program Business Professionals together for three days of networking, workshops, carrier presentations/meetings, and services directed at the unique needs of program administrators. "Mr. Kelley will be providing the keynote that kicks off the "markets" portion of our event," said Ray Scotto, Executive Director of the Association. "We were very pleased to have Mr. Kelley open this part of the Summit for us, given Lexington's leadership in Program Business. Our members will be very anxious to hear what Mr. Kelley has to say about the program business market. He has also agreed to participate in the Carrier Panel Discussion scheduled at the event."

"Lexington has a broad appetite for program business," commented Kevin Kelley. "We write programs for many lines of property and casualty insurance and classes of business. Our programs range from those created for standard commercial exposures to those created for complex, high-risk exposures. We write both large and small programs, national or regional in scope. . . . The Target Markets Association provides us with access to administrators who have demonstrated, or are moving towards excellence in program administration."
