Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia Names Pam Buoch Statewide Project Director

ATLANTA, April 16, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia has named Pam Buoch as director of development projects. Buoch serves as the primary fundraiser in support of the organization's client services and programs. Buoch's most immediate project is the launch of ZERO LUNCHES, ZERO "NO"s, the newest program in its portfolio of successful fundraisers.

In April, the Georgia Legislature and Governor Sonny Purdue designated May 29 as ZERO LUNCHES, ZERO "NO"s Day. Organizers ask that all Georgians donate the cost of an average-price lunch to the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia. Donations can be made through participating companies' human resources departments, mailed to the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia office, or online at www.epilepsyga.org.

The Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia's development programs fund client services and programs such as career and vocational services, education and training, emergency medicine, summer camp, and support groups.
