PeopleView Inc. Today Announced an Employee Climate Assessment Engagement for Fortune 500 Company and the Opening of an East Coast Office


NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., April 22, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- PeopleView, Inc. (OTCBB:EPER), a leading provider of real-time human capital management solutions, today announced that a Fortune 500 company has chosen PeopleView's innovative ClimateSight(tm) assessment tool for its enterprise-wide Employee Climate Assessment Project. The Company is currently deploying a corporate-wide human capital management initiative with aggressive goals of leveraging employee satisfaction to improve operating margins. "We are very pleased to help another market leading company improve their workforce performance," said Joseph Flynn, CEO, of PeopleView, Inc. "The scope of the engagement involves 32,000 employees, 15 languages, and significant professional services and training. This particular engagement is our largest single direct sale to date," added Flynn.

PeopleView also announced the opening of a new office in the greater Washington, DC Area. Sales and business development for the Eastern Region will operate out of the newly opened office. "The new PeopleView DC office is focused on extending our Human Capital Management solutions to east coast-based business and the Federal Government, where we are experiencing strong demand for our state-of-the-art assessment technology," stated Joe Flynn. "By opening a satellite office in the DC area, PeopleView will be better able to serve the expanding Human Capital Management Market from Coast to Coast," added Flynn.

The DC office will be headed up by Joyce M. Hunter, recently hired with PeopleView as Director of Business Development for the Eastern Region. "I am really looking forward to utilizing my expertise and contacts to head up the east coast and federal government business for PeopleView," said Hunter. Ms. Hunter has 22 years of experience in the technology industry with Digital Equipment Technology, Lotus Development Corporation, Lawson Software, and Iridian Technologies. Ms. Hunter has also published in Advance for Healthcare Information Executives and Health Information Management magazines and has presented at numerous healthcare and technology industry conferences. She holds a BA in Sociology from Villanova University and an MBA in Marketing from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Earlier this year PeopleView announced a new executive management team, lead by Joseph Flynn, CEO and Chairman, and a company name change from e-Perception to PeopleView. "The name change, the new office, major customer sale and the addition of Joyce Hunter to the PeopleView team each represent more milestones in our plans to provide our customers and consulting partners with a new generation of HCM assessment solutions that offer unprecedented insight into the performance, productivity and perception of their most important asset, their people," said Flynn.
