Serebra and Raytheon Professional Services to Provide Learning Services for Lockheed Martin

Partners with Tarrant County College to Offer Training


SURREY, B.C., April 29, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raytheon Professional Services, L.L.C. has been selected by Lockheed Martin to provide software applications training to Lockheed Martin employees in the United States and Canada. Training will be delivered via the Web and CD-ROM and through classroom instruction at Lockheed Martin sites and community colleges throughout North America. Raytheon will partner with Serebra Learning Corporation (TSX Venture Exchange:SBR) and Tarrant County College to tailor the training and meet the requirements of Lockheed Martin employees.

Under the two-year agreement, Raytheon Professional Services will provide program management and delivery services. Serebra will provide courseware for the Microsoft Office suite of applications across a number of operating systems. For selected Lockheed Martin business units, Serebra's learning management system, Cortex, will be used to administer delivery of training via the Web. Tarrant County College will serve as leader of a consortium of more than 60 community colleges across the United States and Canada where classroom training will be delivered.
