The Annual General Meeting decided in accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors and the CEO that no dividend will be distributed.
Board of Directors
The Annual General Meeting decided to re-elect ordinary members Carl Bennet, Anders Sundstrom, Goran Collert, Jan Johansson, Sverker Martin-Lof and Kjell Nilsson. Gun Berglund och Marie Berglund were elected as new members.
