NCC to Build Apartements in Bodo, Norway, for SEK 110 million


SOLNA, Sweden, May 6, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- NCC Construction AS has been commissioned by Rensasens Boligpark AS to build 88 apartments in the Norwegian municipality of Bodo. The assignment is worth approximately SEK 110 million (NOK 96 million).

The assignment is for a turnkey contract to remodel the existing buildings on the site concerned. In addition, NCC will construct a new residential building consisting of four to seven stories and a garage. The apartments are scheduled for completion during September 2004.

NCC has recently completed several construction projects in Bodo, including a new indoor sport facility.
