Horizon Offshore Announces Date for Release of 1st Quarter Results and Conference Call


HOUSTON, May 9, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Horizon Offshore, Inc. (Nasdaq:HOFF), stated today that it expects to announce its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2003, on May 14, 2003, before trading opens on the New York Stock Exchange. A conference call is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Central Time (3:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on May 14, 2003.
