VentureNet Capital Group, Inc. Signs Consulting Agreement With Maxim Marketing, LLC


TEMECULA, Calif., May 13, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- VentureNet Capital Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VNTN) announced today that it has signed a consulting agreement with Maxim Marketing, LLC for marketing and promotional services of its various beverage divisions.

Frank Chessman, president of Maxim Marketing, LLC will advise and assist VentureNet Capital Group, Inc. in product design, marketing, product placement in various retail locations, merchandising and point-of-purchase displays.

Mr. Chessman is a thirty-year veteran of executive management in retail sales, premium promotion, packaging and merchandising. Mr. Chessman spent 19 years at Ralph's Grocery Company and become the youngest Vice President in the 125-year history of the company.

In addition, Mr. Chessman was Executive Vice President of Simon Marketing for 12 years and was responsible for all operations and management of Simon's largest account, McDonalds Restaurants and their Happy Meal program. Mr. Chessman is a graduate of the Marshall school of Business at USC and a graduate from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California at Los Angeles.
