NetSol Technologies' NetSol USA Division Secures Contract for Its Content Management System

CALABASAS, Calif., May 29, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- NetSol Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:NTWK), a developer of proprietary software applications, today announced that its newest U.S. based acquisition, Altvia Technologies, has been selected by INMED Child Health and Education to implement Altvia's proprietary Content Management System. INMED Child Health and Education, a nonprofit development organization based in Sterling, Virginia, will use Altvia's Content Management System to control its online presence with point and click ease.

"It is a pleasure to be working with INMED," said NetSol USA Senior Vice President Emaad Burki. "We have implemented our Content Management System in several not-for-profit organizations with requirements similar to those of INMED. INMED found our solution to be easy to use and feature rich -- benefits difficult to find in a proven, cost-effective software product that targets the needs of a niche market."

The Altvia Content Management System will provide INMED's authorized users the ability to edit, update and delete online content, including the Spanish and Portuguese language versions of their web site. The system's sophisticated workflow process allows site administrators to have final approval over all changes before they go live.

Additionally, Altvia's Content Management System provides browser based, point and click capability for adding web links, text, images, files, documents and multimedia files.
