STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 6, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Wihlborgs has sold seven properties in Malmo for SEK 135 million at a total profit of SEK 15 million. The profit will be included in the result for the second quarter of 2003. Six of the properties (the Svante quarter) were acquired by MKB Fastighets AB and one property was acquired by a newly formed housing cooperative.
"Through the sale of the Svante quarter, which mainly comprises housing, as well as including a building right for housing, we are continuing with our plan to reduce the amount of residential properties in our portfolio," said Erik Paulsson, president and CEO, Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB.
