STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 9, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Today, TeliaSonera has completed the disposal of Telia Mobile Finland to Finnet Oy (DNA Finland Oy, Suomen 2G Oy and Suomen 3P Oy) The disposal of Telia Mobile Finland was completed following the approval of the Finnish Competition Authority and the European Commission.
The final sales price will be based on Telia Mobile Finland's May interim accounts. The sale is estimated to generate a capital loss of approximately SEK 100 million to TeliaSonera.
