AdZone Research to Make Presentation at EQUITIES Summer Conference

CALVERTON, N.Y., June 10, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- AdZone Research, Inc. (OTCBB:ADZR), a pioneering Internet surveillance technology company, announced today that it will be presenting at the June 19th EQUITIES 52nd Anniversary Summer Conference in New York City, sponsored by Equities Magazine. Last month, AdZone was awarded an important revenue-generating contract from a major defense contractor, validating the company's technology and its role as a solutions provider for Homeland Security.

AdZone will be one of several presenting companies at the all-day conference. EQUITIES Magazine anticipates the event will draw more than 200 investors and investment professionals. The presentation by AdZone also will be broadcast simultaneously on the Internet and available on the magazine's website, www.equitiesmagazine.com. In past conferences, several hundred additional investors on average have tuned in to the Web casts to participate, according to the magazine, which invites investors unable to attend in person to access its site and register to participate online in the conference.

AdZone has developed proprietary technology to track activity on websites worldwide. It currently has strategic working agreements with Raytheon Company, The Boeing Company and Sarnoff Corporation. These agreements are focused on further developing the technology that discovers and tracks clandestine Internet communications by terrorists and other outlaw groups. By this sharing of expertise, it is expected that advanced tools will be developed for uncovering and decoding hidden messages and other content embedded in the pixels of innocent-looking Web pages.

"AdZone Research's promising technology has now been validated in its first contractual award from a major defense contractor," said EQUITIES Editor Robert Flaherty. "We're delighted to inform investors about a company in partnership with major entities committed to winning the war on global terrorism."

The presentation, to be made by Daniel Wasserman, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of AdZone's Global Defense Group, is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. (EDT) on Thursday, June 19, at The Metropolitan Hotel (569 Lexington Avenue at 51st Street) in midtown Manhattan.

"We are very gratified to have the opportunity to present our story to this distinguished audience within the financial community both in person and on the Internet as well," said AdZone's Chairman & CEO, Charles A. Cardona III, who also will participate in the conference. "We believe that the more the investment community learns of our capabilities in counteracting terrorism, the more value we will create for our shareholders."

AdZone Research is headquartered in Calverton, N.Y., in a secured facility that formerly housed major defense contractor Northrop Grumman Corporation. The facility was previously used for top-secret defense research and development and was part of the United States Naval Defense Technology Center.

Through the monitoring of more than 500,000 Web sites worldwide, and scalability up to more than 30 million sites, AdZone provides tracking and surveillance of targeted information on the Internet, with an expanded focus on global Internet analysis of security-related data transmissions.
