SOLNA, Sweden, June 11, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Ann-Sofie Danielsson has been appointed new Financial Director and member of the Executive Management Group at NCC. In conjunction with this appointment, the current CFO, Bjorn Andersson, will leave the NCC Group.
"As part of the ongoing process aimed at reducing costs within the NCC Group, we are studying every opportunity to simplify the organization. The change currently under way in the Business Control function will result in shorter decision-making routes," said Alf Goransson, NCC's President and Chief Executive Officer.
Ann-Sofie Danielsson is currently in charge of Financial & Business Control within NCC and, in her new position, will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for the Corporate Business Control & IT functions. Staffan Bennerdt, Vice President Finance, will retain responsibility for the Corporate Finance function but will now be immediately subordinate to the Chief Executive Officer.
