Extraordinary General Meeting of Stockholders in Enea Data AB (publ) on June 11, 2003


TABY, Sweden, June 12, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- An extraordinary general meeting of stockholders in Enea Data AB decided in accordance with the Board's proposal to approve a new capital stock issue in the company.

At the extraordinary general meeting of stockholders in Enea Data AB, it was decided to:

Increase the company's stock capital by a maximum of SEK 9 107 843.10 through a capital stock issue of at most 182 156 862 stocks with a nominal value of SEK 0.05 per stock at an issue price of SEK 0.50 per stock. The company's stockholders are to have preferential rights to subscribe to the stock issue, with the stipulation that one old stock gives the right of subscription to one new stock. This preferential right may be exercised from June 30 2003 up to and including July 18, 2003. The record day is to be June 19, 2003. The last day for trading in Enea stocks with the subscription right is June 16, 2003.
