Commenting, Mr. Gager, President of New Wave Media, said, "Jim has eleven years experience with some of the most successful companies in the entertainment industry. Jim started in radio as an intern at the age of 18 with Mr. Jack Silver (one of the premier Talk Radio PDs in the country), working his way up to executive producer in two years. In 1994, Jim worked with JAM Productions, which was, during his employ, the largest concert and event production company in the U.S. Jim then went back to Los Angeles where he was the on-air talent, producer and salesman for weekend shows on 97.1 KLSX FM, which airs such shows as `The Howard Stern Show' in the number one/two market in the nation. Jim then acted as producer of the number one live music club and concert provider in the U.S., House of Blues."
