AdZone Research to Present at EQUITIES Magazine Conference Thursday Morning

NEW YORK, June 18, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- AdZone Research, Inc. (OTCBB:ADZR), a pioneering Internet surveillance technology solutions provider that last month won its first revenue-generating contract from a major defense contractor, reminded shareholders today that it will be presenting at the June 19th EQUITIES 52nd Anniversary Summer Conference in New York City, sponsored by Equities Magazine, tomorrow, Thursday, June 19, beginning at 9:30 a.m.

The magazine anticipates the event will draw more than 200 investors and investment professionals with a focus on special situation stocks to the conference, adding that the presentation by AdZone also will be broadcast simultaneously on the Internet and available by registering at the magazine's website, www.equitiesmagazine.com.

Yesterday, Barrow Street Research, an independent research firm that began covering AdZone in October of last year with a Speculative Buy recommendation, raised its rating on the company to a BUY in a special update. The firm noted that AdZone in recent months had issued encouraging news, and noted "...in our opinion none was more noteworthy than the one issued on May 29, 2003 when the company announced it has been awarded its first revenue- generating contract from 'a major defense contractor...'"

The report added that: "The company believes that this contract represents the first of what it hopes may be other strategic agreements with this particular defense contractor. Additionally, management anticipates other defense companies at several levels, all of them entrusted with major security contracts on behalf of the federal government, will also execute similar agreements specifying the need for AdZone's capabilities as part of their ongoing efforts to provide ever increasing levels of security on a national and international level."

"AdZone Research's promising technology has now been validated in its first contractual award from a major defense contractor," said EQUITIES Editor Robert Flaherty. "We're delighted to inform investors about a company in partnership with major entities committed to winning the war on global terrorism."

The presentation will be made by Daniel Wasserman, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of AdZone's Global Defense Group, at the conference meeting site, The Metropolitan Hotel (569 Lexington Avenue at 51st Street) in midtown Manhattan.

AdZone currently has strategic working agreements with the Raytheon Company, The Boeing Co. and the Sarnoff Corporation, all focused on developing technology that discovers and tracks clandestine communications by terrorist or other outlaw groups across the Internet. Their combined expertise is expected to produce advanced tools for uncovering and decoding hidden messages and other content embedded in the pixels of innocent-looking Web pages.
