Festival highlights on Saturday will also include performances by: -- Causeway (1:15 pm) -- The Malarkey Brothers (2:15 pm) -- Hooligans (4:30 pm and 6:30 pm) -- Sean Fleming Band ( 7:30 pm) The three-masted replica of one of Ireland's most famed famine ships -- The Jeanie Johnston -- will be docked at Penn's Landing and open for tours during the festival.
