Back on the Great Plaza: The 2003 Irish Festival, Part of PECO Energy Multicultural Series at Penn's Landing

              1 p.m. to 9 p.m.

 WHERE:       Great Plaza at Penn's Landing
              Columbus Boulevard and Chestnut Street

 WHAT:        The 2003 Irish Festival, a PECO Energy Multicultural 
              Festival, will celebrate Irish heritage and culture this
              weekend with traditional music, food, dancing, along 
              with bagpipes and face painting for the kids, and it's 
              FREE!

              Festival highlights on Saturday will also include 
              performances by:

                -- Causeway (1:15 pm)
                -- The Malarkey Brothers (2:15 pm)
                -- Hooligans (4:30 pm and 6:30 pm)
                -- Sean Fleming Band ( 7:30 pm)

              The three-masted replica of one of Ireland's most famed
              famine ships -- The Jeanie Johnston -- will be docked at
              Penn's Landing and open for tours during the festival.
              Ticket Prices are $7 for adults; $5 for seniors, 
              children under 12 and students and $20 family packages
