PHILDADELPHIA, June 26, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sunoco Welcome America! introduces Philly's Dance Party!, a new event for the 2003 Festival. The party features entertainment provided by local DJs and invites dancers, young and old, to learn the techniques of Ballroom, Oldies and Multicultural dancing.
The party begins at 1 pm featuring 15-minute intervals of Native American, Italian, Russian Jewish, Chinese, Irish, Korean, Polish and African dancing. Philly's Dance Party continues with one hour of Ballroom dancing followed by a full hour of Latin dancing.
At 5 pm, visitors will enjoy more African dance and a taste of Country Line dancing, concluding with a journey back in time with a classic Oldies dance party at 5:30pm.
