Kungsleden Acquires Goteborg Backa 866:836 Property


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, July 3, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The property consists of 76 apartments for elderly living and is let to Riksbyggen Serviceboende AB and the municipality of Gothenburg. The property has an area of 6.350 sqm and a rental income of 5 MSEK per year.

The purchase price is 40,2 MSEK including transaction costs.
