AdZone Research Launches New Investor Relations System

CALVERTON, N.Y., July 8, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- AdZone Research, Inc. (OTCBB:ADZR), a pioneering Internet surveillance technology solutions provider that in May won its first revenue-generating contract from a major defense contractor, today said that it has launched a new investor relations system to respond to a steadily increasing number of investor comments and queries.

"The demands on our working day have increased substantially since receipt of our first contract, and will continue to do so as we receive additional awards," said Charles A Cardona III, AdZone's chairman & CEO. "To ensure timely response," the CEO said, "the company has reconfigured its Website contact, so that all messages addressed to ir@adzoneresearch.com will be immediately received and responded to by AdZone's financial public relations firm, the Investor Relations Network.

"The Investor Relations Network, headed by Tom Gavin, has been working with AdZone Research for more than a year, helping us in the areas of financial PR counsel, preparation of both news releases and presentations to the financial community and, more recently, introduction to funding sources," Cardona said. "With the anticipated growth of our company, its role is now being expanded to include spokesperson responsibilities as well."

Cardona noted the addition of these duties was especially appropriate since Gavin earlier served as a corporate spokesman for General Dynamics, one of the nation's leading defense contractors, supplying sophisticated defense systems to the United States and its allies. He also served as corporate news manager for General Dynamics Marine Systems, the U.S. Navy's leading supplier of combat vessels, including nuclear submarines, surface combatants, and auxiliary ships.

"We are very proud to have worked with AdZone Research over the past year," said Gavin, "and welcome the chance to speak to investors on a more regular basis. The company's ability to have won its first revenue-generating, defense-related contract in just 18 months is a tribute to both its technical expertise and its management team.

"The special partnerships that AdZone has entered into, with major companies such as Raytheon, Boeing and Sarnoff, are indicative of just how sophisticated its products are, and why it walks in such very good company. AdZone also enjoys strong bipartisan support in the House and the Senate, and its capabilities are also well known by such senior governmental agencies as the Department of Homeland Security," Gavin added.

AdZone's agreements with Raytheon, The Boeing Co and the Sarnoff Corporation are all focused on developing technology that discovers and tracks clandestine communications by terrorist or other outlaw groups across the Internet. Their combined expertise is expected to produce advanced tools for uncovering and decoding hidden messages and other content embedded in otherwise innocent-looking Web pages.
