SkyWay Communications Holding Corp. Enters into Letter of Intent with Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd of Canada


CLEARWATER, Fla., July 21, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- SkyWay Communications Holding Corp. (OTCBB:SWYC) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Sky Way Aircraft Inc., announced today that it had entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Star Navigation Systems Group, Ltd (TSX Venture Exchange:SNA) of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Star Navigation Systems Group, Ltd provides systems for improving the safety and fleet management capability of the air transport industry through the use of their patent pending and advanced technologies. Some of the Star technologies include, the in-flight safety monitoring system (ISMS(TM)), medical and patient monitoring, environment monitoring and Internet access. SkyWay's advanced patented technology systems, and with the availability of its nation-wide ground network and increased bandwidth technology, will provide the high-speed connection to and from the aircraft.

Terms of the LOI call for the both companies to investigate the possibilities of joining airborne integrated systems to provide, both domestic and internationally, a full range of in-flight systems monitoring services to the aircraft industry.
